I am looking for drivers for the TUSB4041IPAPRQ1 HUB. Windows 7 and linux OS

The native Windows 7 and Linux OS drivers will support USB hubs. There is no TI specific hub driver.

Tried to run the part in windows 7. Unknown device. Tried to load ones from the system32 folder and none would take.

Can you post a screenshot of what is showing up in Device Manager? This doesn't sound like a driver issue. Is the hub in programming mode? SMBUSz = 0 or an unprogrammed EEPROM attached?
