TUSB2046B /PWRONx state when reset is active

Hi Team,

I believe /PWRONx outputs "High" when  /RESET is active (Low).
Is my understanding correct?

My customer wants not to supply 5V(Vbus) for downstream port when reset is active, so he wants to confirm above.
