Boundary scan length mismatch on DP83867ISRGZT

Hi, we are working on a boundary scan test for the DP83867ISRGZT PHY and are running into a boundary scan length mismatch.

The DP83867QFN.bsdl gives a BOUNDARY_LENGTH of 41, however when we probe the boundary scan length we get 67.

Can you confirm that the BSDL I have listed is correct for the part number I have listed?

Still waiting on this, waiting over a month for a simple answer is unacceptable. When I e-mailed technical support I received the following
