That information is usually not included on datasheets because it is dependent of several factors(PCB, power, ambient temp., etc)
Because of that, the datasheet list the Thermal Parameters parameters of the Device, Customer can use these parameter to calculate the Tj based on their specific implementation.
Basically TJ max is calculated from thermal model parameters and some real world temperature measurement.
Best parameter to use is PsiJt in conjunction with temperature measurement at the top of the device.
Tj=top of device temperature + max power * PsiJt
