how to connect two BCM89610 PHYs back to back?

Hi  all,

we have two phys connected back to back, one is from Microchip, KSZ9031RNX, the another is BCM89610 from TI, as i know, both of them are voltage driven, 

so we just use an 0.1uf capacity btw them, please refer to the following graph. so is it workable ? if not, can you give us some advice about how to connect from

the perspective of Broadcom PHY, we expect the max speed is up to 1000Mbps.
