tusb1310a output phy_status only 955mV

Hi,

We are using TUSB1310A and found that: during reset, phy_status can reach up to 1.8V, but afterwards, phy_status are only about 900mV. other IOs can reach 1.8V when output high. 

Although we can bring up the PHY board and get to U0 for both USB3.0 and USB2.0, the phy_status of 900mV makes it unstable. 

Do you have any idea about it?
