VDDIO setting for DS90UB913A-CXEVM & DS90UB914A-CXEVM

I would like to confirm VDDIO setting for DS90UB913A-CXEVM & DS90UB914A-CXEVM.

 

1. Can we use 1.8V VDDIO for these board?  The default setting for these board is 3.3V VDDIO and I don't know whether we can it or not.

2. If we can, could you please teach how to set it in these board?

And for other items,

3. Does not the register setting keep by power supply OFF, does it?
