If there reference circuit or reference design of TPS65982D(TPS65982) with charger circuit, please let me know.
※TPS65982D is better

Satoshi,
Do you mean a ref. design with both the TPS65982 and a BQxxxx battery charger?
The full reference designs with battery chargers are currently only available through Intel (SkyLake - SKL or KabyLake - KBL platforms).
The TPS65982D is not Active on ti.com but any design that uses the PP_EXT FET path for high voltages (>5V) will apply to the new device, even if the TPS65982 is the Part # shown on the reference design.
Satoshi-san,
I am currently working with Intel on the KBL-Y RVP platform.
For Schematics and specific Part #'s on the Reference Design, you will need to contact Intel.
Based on my knowledge of the design, the BQ24707A is the closest match with an SMBus control interface. This charger is designed for 1-4 Series Li-Ion batteries and rated up to VIN=24V for VBUS=20V max. If your application requires charging across the full VBUS range (5-20V), you will require a Buck-Boost charger and will have to ask Intel what the suggested part is.
Currently, the KBL-Y design is being tested with a 20V,3A PD contract only, but they want to consider the option to quickly charge the battery from 9-20V (at >27 Watts) and trickle charge when 5V,3A (15 Watts) is available.
