TUSB926x Flash Burner ASCII serial number

Is it possible to write an ASCII serial number to the TUSB9261? The flash burner limits the serial to hex characters but I don't see a reason for the limitation.

It is not possible, that will require a customization to the firmware and right now we don't support firmware customization.

Thanks for following up. On a related note: Is there a command-line version of the TUSB926x flash burner utility? Or is the source code for the utility available?

We're trying to automate production serialization of our devices and need a better way to do it than a GUI.
