MAPSEL Setting on DS90UH948

I would like to confirm setting of MAPSEL on DS90UH948. Is MAPSEL value correct in the figure 32 and 33 of the data sheet?

To receive from DS90 UH947 for the OpenLDI Mapping, I think “24-bit Color Dual FPD-Link Mapping: MSBs on D3/D7” must be MAPSEL=L.

Hi,

Could you share MAPSEL setting of 947/948 at your customer?
Did you set 947 MAPSEL sets low and 948 MAPSEL sets high or low?

Hi,

When my customer set 947 MAPSEL=L and 948 MAPSEL=L, it's OK.
The mapping of 947 Figure 13 and 948 Figure 32 is match, but Figure 32 is written MAPSEL=H. Should it be written MAPSEL=L?

Did your customer set MAPSEL by strapping or register? If it's strapping setting, could you check 947 Register 0x4F and 948 Register 0x49? These registers tell MAPSEL status.

Hi,

In dual mode case, the external switches on EVM are MODE_SEL0=#5、MODE_SEL1=#1 on both of 947/948 EVM. Then, transfer is not successful.

MODE_SEL0=#5(OLDI_DUAL=1)、MODE_SEL1=#1(MAPSEL=0) on 947 and MODE_SEL0=#1(MAPSEL=0, Dula OLDI output)、MODE_SEL1=#1 on 948 EVM is successful. MAPSEL on 948 is Low in this case. So, I doubt 948 data sheet.
