Hi Chen,
The DS100BR111 is much closer to the ISL3611. The DS125BR401A is an 8-channel device, the DS100BR111 is just a two channel device often used in cabling applications. For applications with link or equalization training, like 10G-KR Ethernet we recommend using the DS125BR111 linear equalizer.

Hi Lee
My customer want use in VR cable, may you have any other suggestion or what something we need to notice?

Hi Michael
Sorry for i have some confuse, from DS100BR111 datasheet also have link-training...
I it seems DS125BR111 Just speed higher than DS100BR111. am i right?
Bogey
Hi Bogey,
The DS100BR111 can support applications with link-training, but it requires more tuning than the DS125BR111, as the DS125BR111 is an advanced linear repeater. Due to the more linear behavior of the DS125BR111, this repeater can help maintain pre-cursor and post-cursor characteristics embedded within the signal that it receives as the signal passes through the device. The DS100BR111 can also do this too, but it requires much more careful tuning, as the less linear EQ in the DS100BR111 does not preserve the pre-cursor and post-cursor characteristics as well. Aside from this difference, you are also correct that the DS125BR111 supports a higher data rate than the DS100BR111.
We have not tested the DS100BR210 for DP applications, since our products mainly are applied in the enterprise application space. I suspect that the DS100BR210 should work fine, since it is a simple repeater and does not perform any type of digital processing on the signal.
For consumer applications such as USB Type C, I would advise posting your question in the Consumer & Computing Interface forum, where they support the TUSB products and can give you more information about whether they have a suitable product for your needs.

Michael
