How do we test the USB-C DFP, 20V/3A Out, Universal AC Input Reference Design PMP11451

We had follow up the reference desgin to make prototype samples but we do not know how to test it to use a normal AC POWER SUPPLY and normal DC LOAD. The Type C POWER Adaptor had connected to the DC Load (v+,V-, 3A)  but how do we confrm the output voltage to be 5V,12V,20V.??.  We cannot measusre the outpit voltage. So please help to confirm how to test it? How do we setup the testing? Thank you.
