TPL0102 / Power Sequence

Hi,

If TPL0102 is used with dual-supply, could VSS be powered after VDD?

In addition, If HA, LA, HB and LB are open, what voltage do the pins output ?

    Hi Kato,

    In regards to the power sequence you should follow. Please take the time to read the section in the datasheet titled "Power Sequence" at the end of the datasheet near the Layout Example. I have snipped it and posted below:

    In reference to the voltages that they output please refer to a previous post:

    The pins will be floating, which means that the voltage will be unknown. We can say that it will be somewhere between -0.5 V and VCC + 0.5 V

    Hi Siby - san,

    Thank you for the replay. Are there some time constraints for VDD,VSS?

    Before power up VDD, could VSS be supplied with negative voltage?

    Kato - san,

    The ideal power sequence would be VSS, VDD, VLOGIC, digital inputs, VH, VL, and VW.

    This instance should be fine for operation.
