Yes It does, however we recommend to use the TUSB9261 instead.

Hi Diego,
My customer would like to know more detail of the behavior. He plans to hot plug the HDD while TUSB9261 is still working (the USB3 cable is still alive), does this function work without any issue? Thanks.

does Ti have USB 3.0 to SATA Gen 3 soltuion ??(TUSB9261 seem support Gen 2 only)

Both devices support Sata Gen2 (rev 2.6). Gen 3 is 6Gbps so there is no USB3 (5Gbps) bridge that fully supports Sata Gen 3.
