I have a board that was designed in 2011.  I just saw the errata for the XIO2001 EXT_ARB_EN and CLKRUN_EN pins.  Our design counts on the internal pull-downs on these signals.  Is there a way to tell how these pins were sampled during reset?  If they are sampled incorrectly, is there a way to disable these functions?
