Dear Sir 

Our end customer ask me ,if TPD1E10B09 used in 8KV ESD environment ,how about the lift time 

For example 

1. TPD1E10B09 use in normal condition without 8KV ESD effect ,it could be used 20years

2. TPD1E10B09 use in 8KV ESD ,It will reduce the life time from 20years to 10years 

Please kindly share your idea

    Hello,

    The TPD1E10B09 (as well as all of our product line) is characterized to last for 100,000 hours, or over 11 years. For a device that is rated for +/- 20-kV ESD such as this one, our experimentation has shown that a repetitive strike with 1 second intervals at ESD levels well below the upper rating (as your proposal is) does not fail the device.
