TPS65983 standard firmware code

Hi Sir

My customer had designed TPS65983 on Thunderbolt storage product.

He need TPS65983's standard firmware code to download or program it.

Do you help to provide file with me? The binary file is OK. Customer will program it on EEPROM.

    Hugo,

    The TPS65983 product is a limited release for ThunderBolt 3 devices only (for example: hard drives, docks, and monitors). Since you are on the e2e forums already you have a myTI account.

    When you navigate to the TPS65983's landing page, you will see a "special note":

    "Special Note

    Request more information on the TPS65983: including data sheet, EVM user’s guide and firmware configuration tool."

    Click the word "Request", sign in with your myTI username/password, and fill out the short form to add the TPS65983 to your list of devices with mySecureSoftware privileges. Then you will be able to download all of the additional FW documentation and the TPS65983 Configuration Tool. The Tool will let you open and customize the default standard FW images (.bin binary files).

    I'll be the first to admit opening the Config Tool for the first time is overwhelming.

    Have you downloaded and read the TPS65983 Configuration Tools User's Guide, a PDF file named "TPS65983_FW_Config_UG.pdf"?

    If you are still having trouble after reading the document, I'll be happy to assist further.
