DP83867 BSDL JTAG file

We have a board with DP83867CRRGZR where the part is in the JTAG chain.

The DP83867 fails the infrastructure test with two different JTAG software solutions.

I use the BSDL file v11.20-s006_1 from your home page.

The instruction register (IR) works but the data register (DR) seems to be larger than specified in the BDSL file

Do you have an updated BSDL file for DP83867CRRGZR?

Is there somebody that have seen the BSDL file for DP83867 work?

We identified an issue with the BSDL file and are working towards fixing it. I expect the online file to be updated by next week.

We just updated our BSDL files in our database, it usually takes 24-48 hours for the updates to be active on the web. Please check at http://www.ti.com/product/DP83867CR/toolssoftware for the latest BSDL file. The date column next to the files should reflect the latest date once the new files are online.
