TUSB8041 registers as USB2.0 hub and USB3.0 hub in Win7?

Hello everybody,

for a project we had to daisy-chain several TUSB8041 together and we've found out the the chip is connected as both a USB2.0 and a USB3.0 hub in Win7, so counts as two USB hubs. For a comparison I connected a VIA812 and it showed up as a single hub only.

Is anybody able to confirm this? Maybe even able to explain it?

System: Win7. USB tool: usbtree
