Can XIO2000AI (Industrial Grade) , support 66MHZ operation. I am refering to SCPS155C , April 2007 Revised October 2008 

Pls kindly help to confirm because i intend to use XIO2000AIZZZ to replace XIO2000AZZZ. Existing design is 66MHZ.

    YJ Chai,

    The datasheet is correct. The XIO2000AI does NOT support 66Mhz.

     However, all flavors of the XIO2001 support 66Mhz downstream segments. This includes the XIO2001I.

     Please use the XIO2001(I) for all new designs. The XIO2000 and 2000A are Not recommended for New Designs and the XIO2001 is a better performing, lower cost option.
