hi this part surface mount dip is TI62C57XK G4 top row, TFP7515 second row serves as the logic interface between an lvds connector and the row and column drivers of a 5" lcd. I am trying to locate a datasheet in order to reverse engineer this small pcb. i understand g4 means lead free. and the 6 refers to the year. there is no ti lettering only the ti logo then 62c57xk which might very well be fab location and lot code, neither of interest to me. I have found ti literature back to 2001 describing min lvds and a forthcoming series of new timing controller/minilvds receivers. i have the brochure which describes the upcoming series for T-CON (timing control the output to row and column drivers) as TFP75XXX. does anyone have a datasheet or knowledge of the part or conversely a similar part that i could measure the input and timing control outputs to determine a modern in production part.
