Hi,

Is LED circuit of INTB on UB960EVM correct?

INTB pin is Open-Drain with Pull-up 4.7 kΩ to VDDIO. However, the EVM is Pulled down.

The INTB pin has a 4.7K pullup on EVM.

Do you mean internal pull up in the chip?

I have a EVM manual that is SNLU177 on May 2015. It is described the circuit as following.

Which revision of EVM has been updated since?
I have rev E1 board.

The revised EVM is also REV E1 but includes silkscreen text of 'DS90UB96X-Q1EVM' and 'TI logo' on upper right corner.
