Hi,

My customer considers to use the TPD1E04U04 on ±0.3V range.

And they require below 10uA above condition.

Could you show me above typical current value?

    Hello,

    Even at +/-0.3 V we would not normally lower the typical values for I_leak specified at 2.5 V . The leakage current is phenomenally low at 2.5 V and it would be difficult to publish a lower value for a typical unit at +/-0.3 V.
