HD3SS6126 - Does HS_/OE have no effect to SuperSpeed line ?

Hi Team,

Please allow me to ask if HS_/OE pin affects SuperSpeed output or not. Customer says that it would not work as the truth table evaluating with the EVM.

I believe it would only disable High Speed Output only, regarding the truth table.

Hello Kawai,

You are correct, please use the functional block diagram as an extra proof, where the HS_OE# is only connected to the HS mux.

Thank you for your comment. Yes, I was also looking at this block diagram.

I found that the design of HD3SS6126EVM seems to turn off the power VDD=3.3V OFF when HS_/OE=High. What happens to the device MUX when VDD is not applied ? Is it switched to either channel or both channel disabled ?
