Dear Technical Support Team,
Datasheet describes that VDD_15_COMB, VDD_33_COMB,VDD_33_COMBIO of XIO2001 should connect just three recommended capacitors.
But unfortunately customer connected external 3.3V power to VDD_33_COMB.
So I have following questions.
1.) Dose it cause damage or incorrect behavior for XIO2001?
2.) If possible, could you provide internal schematic of COMBINED POWER OUTPUT and document?
I guess that XIO2001 has LDO and it makes VDD_15.
