TCA6424ARGJR I2C IO Expander, schematic check

Hi. I'm about to build an LED indication board (to be used for debugging another board) based on the TCA6424ARGJR. Is this schematic OK?

Specifically, is it OK to leave the INT pin floating? If I don't plan to use the RESET pin, is it OK to connect it to VCCI like this with the pull up resistor? I will have pull up resistors configured in the main processor on the other board for the SCL and SDA lines, so is it OK not to have any on this end?

Hi Eliot,

Your schematic looks good to me. I've posted a picture of our application schematic below for reference, but we recommend not leaving INT open as best practice. Your RESET to VCCI through pullup resistor looks fine as well as this looks similar to the application schematic.

OK, so if I shouldn't leave INT floating, what should I do with it? Pull it high or low? If low, with what value resistor? Thanks.

In reference to the application schematic, pull INT high through a 10kohm resistor.
