I have been unable to locate the the "Windows EEPROM utility" mentioned in the TUSB4041PAPEVM datasheet (section 2.3). The TI live chat rep wasn't able to help me and referred me here. Does anyone here have a copy of that tool?

If the attachment contains an executable please change the extension to .txt before attaching and sending. That will trick our e-mail system into letting it through. Thanks.

I did, I changed the extensions as you said.
