Hello,
It is highly dependent on the set up, operating system, xHCI controller, SSD model, firmware version of the TUSB9261, we could give you a number but it won't really represent what are you going to get on your implementation.
What is the purpose of having these numbers?

Thanks for the reply Elias. I understand now, that it depends on many factors. I am trying to justify re-designing a USB 3.0 to SATAII circuit with a newer chip like this one. What does the automotive grade add besides extended temperature range?
