    Kai,

    The I2C portfolio has the PCA9306 (not a repeater/buffer) level translator device which supports multiple 2 wire interfaces. However, we do not have any other buffer solutions for MDIO/MDC.

    I will move this to the repeater/buffer forum to see if they have other offerings.
