Hi Team,

customer is used TUSB7320 device, and they got a question about the GRST# pin that need to check with team for comments here.

Per TUSB7320 data sheet, the GRST# signal is Input, Pull Up, customer wants to know is that mean the GRST# has internal pull up resistor or it has to have external pull up resistor and what's the pull up resistor value? And what is the pull up voltage level? is it VDD11 or VDD33?

your feedback and advise is very appreciated.

Hello,
It has an internal pull-up to 3.3V, the value is ~220K
Don't forget to meet the power-up sequence requirements described on Section 9.1 of the datasheet.

I'd like to know the approximate variability of this 220kohm. I understand that you can't guarantee the variability so I'd like to know approximate variability generally.

Hello,
VDD33 range is within 3-to-3.6 V, and Input current is +/-15uA, so the internal pull-ups are within 200K and 240K
