Are there any problems with the use of SN65HVD11 in an environment that is directly exposed to the nitrogen gas?

Hi Seishin,

I don't believe there should be an issue, but I would like to confirm it with our packaging/qualification teams (since they are more familiar with the chemical/mechanical properties of our devices). I'll update you a little later once I am able to get some information.

I confirmed with our team that exposure to nitrogen gas should not adversely affect the device.
