hi All,

I am facing a issue on "TPS6598x Application Customizer.exe" tool using on my PC.

I have installed the "windows_64bit_tps6598x_configuration_utilitiy_2_8.exe" on my 64bit PC.

but after installing,the "TPS6598x Application Customizer.exe" can not start up after double clicking it.

Is there anybody can help me onn this issue?

Hi,

Are you get any message regarding insufficient permission? Are you an administrator in your Windows PC? Is this on Windows 7?

I also have the same issue that the TPS65982x Application Customizezer v2.8 doesn't run.

I didn't get any error message after running by doube-clicking Icon or selecting "TPS6598x Application Customizer" in START menu.

My PC is Windows 7. I am an Administrator of my PC.

If this issue can't solve, I will have the high risk to support my cusntomer.

Please help to solve this issue.

HI Yokokura-san,

Can you try installing the TPS6598x Application Customizer Tool by right clicking it and using the 'Run as administrator'?

I tried installing with method as you said. But it didn't run.

Note. TPS65982D Configuration Tool v2.1 works well in my PC.
What progress is different from between Application Customizer? and Configuration Tool?
