    Hi,

    Are you trying to measure the phase of the optical signal input to a photodiode? In that case you will need to know the phase effect of both the photodiode and the ONET8521T. Typically the phase difference will vary linearly with frequency for a part like the ONET8521T. I don't currently have a plot specifically for the part, but can provide some guidance if you can describe your application in more detail.
