TCAN33x Storage Temp

What is the min storage temperature for TCAN33x family of devices? Data sheet shows only a max of 150C, and an operating temp range of -40C to 125C.

Applicaiton needs to support -55C storage temp.

I recommend you to take a look into the TCAN1042, this device works from -55 C to 150 C (www.ti.com/.../tcan1042-q1.pdf)

Yes I am aware of this device, but am still interested if we know the limit of the TCAN33x devices.

Hi Mark,

The storage temperature for the 8 pin SOIC TCAN33x devise is -65C to 150C
