Hi team,

Customer used the IC TUSB8040ARKMT , but The computer can't identify, voltage +1.1V to 3.3V is works well, principle diagram is with reference to the development board《TUSB8040A Evaluation Module User's Guide》，Can you give me some technical support？]

[Steps Needed to Recreate Problem:

1、Schematic diagram is with reference to your development board, There is no problem with schematic diagram, encapsulation and PCB.

2、The voltage +1.1V and +3.3V is normal,the USB_VBUS's voltage is +0.5V ,the GRSTz is +3.3V,the current is 300mA after the power supply, but The computer can't identify.

3、please reply as soon as possible.
