TPS65892 PP_HV shorted to PPHVE

Team, 

20V is ready on PPHVE and 15V is ready on PPHV.

Some cases, A DCDC converter for 15V has been burnt and it can be burnt when 20V  is applied on PP_HV 's output. 

do you have any expeirences regarding this? can the gate driver of PD controller instantly drive PPHVE while PPHE is being used.
