On the STEP model of the DS90UR907Q-Q1 there are 3 types of NJK36 packages that describe a slightly different thermal pad.

Can you please advise which one is the footprint supplied with the DS90UR907QSQE/NOPB order code ?

Hi Nir,

The package drawing should be NJK0036A. Please refer to the DS92LV0421, which is an industrial temperature-grade equivalent device.
