I am looking for a PCIE GEN2 switch.

SoC -- (PCIE switch) -- EtherNET and WiFi.

What TI part should I choose?

XIO3130 and HD3SS3212 seems have a lot of difference, what is the difference between these two part?

Hello,
The XIO3130 is a PCIe Gen1 packet switch, this means it handles the PCIe protocol and will be link trained as a PCIe-to-PCIe Bridge.
The HD3SS3212 is a passive switch, it does not care about the protocol, it will switch whatever signal that means the electrical requirements.
So it depends on your requirements, the Hd3ss3212 does support the data rates of Gen2.
