can I use tusb1310a on two FPGA boards as super speed host and client

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TUSB1310A

Hi,

I want to design one system with two FPGA boards talk to each other through USB3.0 super speed. I found this TUSB1310A transceiver. I am wondering whether I could implement one FPGA+TUSB1310A board as the super speed host and another board as the client?

Besides, will that be possible for me to use the same TUSB1310A transceiver as the client to talk to REAL host like laptop? Or I have to use USB peripheral controller instead.

Best, Yicheng
