I am looking for a front end USB enumeration chip, compatible with BC 1.2 and able to utilize the new Apple 2.4A charging capability. Can the TPS2514A accomplish this? If not please recommend another part.
Thanks, John Garrett AFA

Hi Eric,
i'm also looking for the latest testreport on TPS251x(A) decives. I do have one dated on January 2014.
Thx
Martin
Hi Martin,
The 2014 report is the latest that I have. There are too many new products coming out for TI to keep up with, so we rely on gathered information from outside sources.
Hi Gim Song,
We have this for TPS2513A. Note that the "A" device supports 2.7V/2.7V mode (12W) but the TPS2511 only supports 10W mode. Also note that in order to get a full 2.4A the phone battery should be quite discharged and the voltage at the end of the phone cable should be at 5V (or a bit higher) or the phone will not pull the full 2.4A load.
