TPS65982 TPS6598x Application Customizer setting question

Hi Team

          I have use TPS6598x Application Customizer and setting Transmit source capabilities.

I setting PDO0 5V@3A and peak current is 100% , We can get 2.8A on sink side.

but we setting  PDO0 5V@3A and peak current is 150% , The sink side just can get 1.3A ( 5V will be close (0V) )

How did we setting peak current ? what is peak current definition?

    Hi,

    Which firmware version are you using? We had detected a bug where if we set OCP to the highest bin, the OCP limit will be set to default value of first bin. That might be the reason you are seeing OCP getting hit at 1.3A. This issue will be fixed with next firmware version coming out in few days time.
