SD384EVK evaluation board for LMH0384 has changed since it was last documented

The documentation for the board below does not match the boards that I recently purchased, which have the same P/N. See the image below vs the image in the link below. To make matters worse, the reference designators are different. I suspect the schematic changed a little bit, too, not just the layout. Does anyone have the latest files for the newer version of this board?

    Hi Thomas,
    This board uses the same PCB as LMH0394 3G SDI Equalizer. The only difference is that for LMH0394 we need to use 2.5V for VCC versus for LMH0384 we need to use 3.3V. Other than this, both boards and devices are pin compatible. Also, manufacturing has changed board label from National Semiconductor to Texas Instruments. Please refer to the below link for documentation on this board and let me know if there is a question.
