We want use DS90UB914A , We will use COAX cable on the system.
out System Resolution is 720P

DS90UB914A have two input (RIN)

What time use COAX or STP ? What time use 1 input or 2 input?

    To answer your question, the 914A device has two input (RIN) because of it's multiplexer functionality. Only one set of RIN (+/-) ports can be used at one time. The 913A and 914A devices are meant for COAX operation; the 913Q and 914Q devices are meant for STP operation.

    In order to design and use 913A and 914A for COAX operation, please refer to the EVM User's Guide for schematic. RIN+ port is used for sending coax signal while RIN- port is terminated with 50 Ohm resistor (1% tolerance) to GND after AC coupling capacitor (0.047uF) on this line. The unused RIN (+/-) ports on the 914A can be left floating.
