According to the datasheet of TSB43EC42, the industrial version is "To be released".
Is there a plan of the industrial version?

Also, is there any technical material, like application note for this device?

Hello,
There is no plan to release industrial version as of now.
This device is software intensive and usually Customers use develop their own driver or use third party services, so there is no App note to get it up and runing.
