TUSB2046B use issue

The 1.5K pull-up(R59) must be placed on DP0
the unused ports should be terminated with 15K pulldowns

follow your advice,i changed but found no effect to 2046B

the attach as below is the reset sequence base on R52=10K C32=0.1uF

is it need to a special reset timing instead the global reset topology,if need,how should i deal the reset signal?   ths

suspend pin output low ,means in normal operation

in additional,data was tested at 2046B's reset pin and power

The POR rest timing is too long, a USB device must be able to respond to the host within 100ms after it is detected.
You have to decrease the POR reset timing to be within 4ms to 10ms .

in my design,i used watch dog as global system reset including hub reset,what you said too long was test after the WDT.now,i broken the reset link path to 2046B, only use R52&C32 as hub POR ,generally speaking,this time is decrease much bigger sufficient to mount usb device,still seems no effect

my CPU platform is Nuvoton 977, os is linux,i even test the 3.3 rail ramp time about 160ms slowly, now i jump a quicker power rail to supply 2046B seprate, or what should i take care in embed system using.

by the way,hub's reset signal is  also direct connected to CPU.PA5,is it  to control the hub power and reset signal by CPU GPIOs? 

 pls help check my hub schematic which i have submit at the first post.
