DP83848 connection of exposed thermal pad?

Hi,

I have a question about DP83848.

Do I need to connect "exposed thermal pad" of DP83848 to the GND?
If need it, which GND should I connect to? DGND? IOGND? AGND?

Hi g.f.,

Ideally we would recommend all ground be connected together. Does the application need to have separate grounds? Please note that the Exposed Pad is used to dissipate heat.

The application doesn't need to have serarate grounds.
I understood and I will connect GND together also Exposed Pad too.
