Hello,

Our customer use the DS92LV2421/22.

The customer use these devices with VDDIO=3.3V and another VDDx=1.8V.

Is there any sequence of power up?

    Hi Aoyama-san,

    Please reference the power-up requirements on p. 46 of the DS92LV2421/22 datasheet. These supplies should ramp faster than 1.5 ms with monotonic rise. If the ramp is slower than 1.5 ms, a cap should be placed on the PDB pin to ensure that PDB arrives after all the VDD voltages have settled to the recommended operating voltage. There is no specific sequence requirement to enable VDDIO before or after VDDx. If there is no way to guarantee the ramp of the voltage, I recommend using a 10-k pull-up and 22-uF cap to GND on the PDB input.
