hi, thanks foe response...
 I selected dp83849i for design, but I saw this PHY have not TXER(MII transmit error)pin, but other PHY (for example KSZ8895) and microcontroller(ATSAM4E16EA-AU) have this pin. what's the matter about this signal?

    Hi John,

    I believe I responded to the other thread, but I will list here for closure.

    The DP83849 does not have TX_ER pin because the PHY will automatically corrupt the frame if it detects an error. There is no need to inform the MAC and wait for the MAC to corrupt it.
