DS90UB913A/914A - Using ALP Issue

Hi Team,

The customer is using DS90UB913A-CXEVM.  He needs to download and install ALP in 3.2 USB2ANY of   user's guide. Then he do as 3.2 USB2ANY and he 

downloads ALP from the link http://www.ti.com/tool/ALP.

But when he  installs ALP and connects  the USB2ANY device to PC, there is always an error. Look the attachment.  

I have suggested him reset EVM and re-plug the USB plug. And he does the same step on 32bit WIN7 PC and 64bit WIN7 PC. But the error still exists.

    The error message that you are seeing is coming as a result of the USB2ANY not having been programmed properly.   The code for programming the USB2ANY should be in the ALP program.   Please load the latest version of ALP from TI.com and then try again - with the proper version of ALP, you will be prompted to go through a sequence which will result in new firmware being loaded into the USB2ANY.
