XIO2001PNP - can't find the PCI peripheral

Hi team,

My customer used XIO2001PNP, and the device sometimes can find PCI peripherals, but most time it can't. they measured the 33MHz clock did work. I attached the schematic as below. could you please help check it?

    Sorry for the delay, I would like to return to this issue, is it still present?
    How many boards have this issue?
    Have they swapped a failing part to a passing board? Does the failure follows the part?
    Does it happens with multiple PCI devices?
    Are you following the power-up sequence described in the datasheet?
